Not uncommon: Blood in the urine is a common finding during menstruation, even if you have wiped thoroughly prior to collecting the sample.

Urinalysis: Consider having a urinalysis done at your doctors office to determine if there is blood in the urine. That may have caused the discoloration.

No infection or inflammation intereferes with erection, maybe anxiety or worry about the event. But see a doctor if symptoms continue.

: It is difficult to make a correlation between bowel movement and painful urination (dysuria). So do you have pain with voiding when sitting on the toilet or just only during bowel movement? Is voiding completely normal (good stream, no pain) on standing?
Are your bowel movement normal? 
Whatever, a urinalysis needs to be done first for ruling out bladder and prostate issues.

UTI: Have you had a positive urine culture,colony count and sensitivity to document the presence of a urinary tract infection and use of an effective antibiotic as shown by the testing? If no definite UTI, your symptoms could be due to urethritis caused by intercourse with inadequate lubrication. In addition to foreplay, use of KY jelly lubrication,&amp; or intercourse on your side or you on top would help
