Not normal: Rough intercourse may cause some swelling and irritation but it should not cause cuts or abrasions. See a doctor to evaluate you. Genital herpes is sometimes confused with small cuts and abrasions.

Bartholin cyst: This sounds like it could be a Bartholin's gland cyst.  These are basically like a blocked duct or pore and can be very uncomfortable, painful.  A doctor can help you to drain it.  Clinic, er or urgent care could help.  In meantime, warm compresses in bathtub can relieve some of the pain. http://www.aafp.org/afp/2003/0701/p135.html.

: You should be examined by your gynecologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Possibilities include an infected Bartholin's cyst or a herpes infection. Both of these require treatment. In the meantime apply hot ( not boiling) water compresses.

Mucositis: I could not see the picture. It sounds like some irritation/inflammation in the mucous membrane. It may heal on its own. If persist need to look for any underlying reason causing this problem

Allergic?: You may be allergic to citrus fruits.  Take some benedryl and either avoid those foods and liquids in the future or see an allergist to find out what foods you may be allergic to.
