i have found a small lump above my right collar bone. it feels like fatty tissue and is moveable. it is also painful to touch. should i seek help.

Yes: If it is bothering you I would have it surgically removed. It is an easy quick outpatient procedure. Likely this is a fatty lump called a lipoma but very slight risk of something more serious such as an enlarged lymph node.

i have a small pea size lump on my left collar bone, it moves & is painful also large lump on left wrist both appeared at same time. what are these?

Ganglion cysts: Most likely they are ganglion cysts. It is pretty common to get one at your wrist.   As far as collar bone goes, it depends on where it is located. If it is more towards your shoulder at the ac joint then it is more likely to be a small ganglion. Because the rest of the collarbone does not have any joints in it, it would be more rare for it to come up there. I would have it checked out by ortho.

the right side of my neck was sore. so i went to rub it and found a lump on the side of my neck on the bottom right before collar bone. it is painful.

Lymph node: It seems you have an inflamed lymph node. See your PCP to check the primary focus of infection or other cause.

i can feel a small lump a little below my collar bone on my right. it is not painful but i can kind of grasp it when pressing into the flesh. i am not sure if it is a knot or something else. not sure what sort of doctor or specialist to check this.

Doctor can check: One's primary care doctor can examine a lump, and of course the rest of the patient's body, and get the whole story behind the lump issue. That's the best way to figure out what the lump is. Usually, if the lump moves in the skin, it probably is a small skin cyst. If the lump is under the skin, and the skin slides over it, it may be a lymph node. There are lots of lymph nodes in the body.

painless most of the time. painful when pushed and sometimes just randomly. lump in chest below collar bone left of my sternum on the left side. it feels big. went to the dr chest x-ray came back clean. what could this be? been there for 2 years?

: There may be a resolving soft tissue injury. Was there an injury in this area? A view of the clavicle or collar bone on that side may provide additional information. Do you have any other symptoms? Lipoma: Most likely is a benign lipoma or fatty mass. It could be excised. You should have it examined to make sure there are no adjacent lymph node swelling that could indicate a more serious mass.

Uncommon location fo: Infraclavicular lymph nodes are a very uncommon site for hodgkin disease. Unless you also have enlarged nodes in some other parts of the body, i would not be thinking hodgkin disease in your case. You should get a medical check and let your doctor tell you what is wrong rather making  such wild guesses yourself.

Nonspecific: Unfortunately this is an extremely nonspecific description.  A soft fatty lump may be a simple lipoma, which is benign and does not require treatment.  If you have had prior fracture of the collar bone, you may be feeling a bony callus or a residual deformity from the fracture.  If the lump is tender or has unusual coloration or has been rapidly changing in size, then you need evaluation.
