Sounds like: an infected epidermoid inclusion cyst.  Any skin problem in the area of your breast bone can cause unsightly scarring and even keloids, so get to a doctor for proper treatment.  The one on the side of your breast could be something else.

Tell your doctor you're having them, and follow over the month.  If any lumps become hard and do not go away, you'll need to have it examined especially.  Try avoiding caffeine, sugar and unhealthy fats.  Evening primrose oil may help; heating pad too.
