Food poisoning: drink lot of water.if fever persists,see doctor.eat lot of greek yogurt.do not eat/drink any milk,coffee,tea,chocolate for 2-3 days.avoid all fast food.NEVER EAT SALADS OR RAW FOODS EVER OUTSIDE YOUR HOME.wash and cook all veg properly.buy buttermilk in local grocery store and keep hydrating urself.if you ate sushi or clams,oysters etc then see an MD if you do not get better.

One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be more severe or last a whole week, and a doctor's evaluation would be needed, as in this case.
