Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor if the symptoms persist for more than 10 or so days, of if the symptoms get worse.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have a dull fullness in my left side between my rib and hip bone, uncomfortable when laying down. feels warm or cold inside. felt small bump inside?

i noticed some itchiness and pink bumps some raised some flat on my back. some then spread near my chest area and close to my hip bone. am i allergic to something? the only thing i ate of concern was an egg some days ago. is this hives?

: Did you have any pain a few days before the eruption occurred? An allergic reaction is generally a widespread rash unless it's a contact dermatitis from something that only touched the area of the rash. Shingles, A viral infection caused by the chickenpox virus, occurs in a line across one side of the body &amp;is often preceded by pain. See your MD as shingles,if present,can be treated.

i have these little white headed tiny bumps on top of my skin where the hip bones are, they don't hurt or itch, it is almost as if my jeans rub to much there but i rarely wear jeans or tight clothes that would rub?

Keratosis pilaris: Small white bumps on the skin, especially of legs and arms can be due to Keratosis pilaris.  Sometimes this is due to dry skin, or mild irritation.  Use fragrance free skin care products, don't scrub too hard, and moisturize daily and see if that helps. If this is no help get seen by a doc to see exactly what is going on. after a yoga, including back bends, i was relaxing in a seat. upon standing my hip & glute were sore.

there is a bump right around my bone at my hip in the left iliac region. tenderness although i feel similar lump(not swolen) on my right?

Need to examine: It is not clear if there is any organic issue, other than soreness from exercise. Take Tylenol of the soreness, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If it does not get better in a couple of days, skip exercising for 4-5 days.
Have a healthy diet,  drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

See your Doctor: This could be several things, you need to be seen by your doctor ang get the lump checked out.  The most concerning thing would be an infection or abscess.

2 Months long enough: I think you gave it a good try for 2 months. It might be time to see your doctor. Depending on your age and your activity it could be muscle or tendon or could be joints or even your back causing the pain. 2 months was a good test to see if it would resolve. Now its time to get your doctors help to figure this out. Good luck.

It's best to follow up with a provider so they can evaluate your condition and determine it's seriousness or lack there of.  Possibilities could be an abscess, a cyst, or a viral infection.
