Candida infection: You need to see your personal physician.  A culture can be taken to confirm which fungus you have and what drugs it is sensitive to.  You may need an oral treatment rather than a topical preparation.

Hello. : Hello. There can be a number of possible causes like internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, an anal fissure or  a fistula.  I don't know if you have another polyp. What is very important is that you be evaluated by a general surgeon to determine the cause and to see if any treatment is required.  Take care.

Clotted hemorrhoid: Hemorrhoids are a common problem, which result from increased pressure in the veins of the anus causing the veins to swell. If the hemorrhoid clots, also known as thrombosis, there can be significant pain.  Immediate treatment is directed at getting the clot to resolve with moist heat or may require opening it, to evacuate the clot.  Long-term, the goal is treat the underlying cause of hemorrhoids

May not be related: If its causing diarrhea that may be causing your symptoms of pruritus.  Most commonly its related to increase ingestion of coffee, beer, chocolates, tomatoes,  spicy food, grape fruit, orange juice and nuts. Avoid above and try prep h for relief. Keep good hygiene and symptoms dont improve see your family doctor.

Several...: Hydrate yourself,Take bland less spicy/hot food. Take a stool softner like Colace daily, Need a course of antibiotic Bactrim/ Cipro (ciprofloxacin) for 7-10 days. Yse Hemorrhoid suppository twice a day. Do Seitz's bath twice a day atleast....
