It is not uncommon: It is not uncommon to urinate frequently in the first trimester of pregnany.As long as there is no discomfort or pain, blood in urine there may be no problem.Apparently you have been treated for a UTI by your doctor.I will advise to follow up and have another urine culture done to make sure the infection has cleared.

Cramps : Many women have cramps and pregnancy. In your case it sounds like it may be related to your bowel function. Perhaps taking MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) every day would help. Make sure you're getting prenatal care and have had a visit with the doctor to make sure you have a normal healthy pregnancy.

Depends: Sonograms are easier with a full bladder but most often they can be done even if the bladder is empty. It often depends on weight of the mother, body type, position of the baby, gestational age, skill of the technician and the type of sonogram machine.
