Headaches: There are really two type of headaches in general - muscular contraction and migraine. Sinus inflammation causes pressure and triggers either a tension or migraine headache.  What you are describing is sinus inflammation triggering a headache.

Retinal lesion: Please see an eye doctor as soon as possible. What you described suggest a tear in the retina and may be retinal detachment. It can be treated, but you need to see eye doctor right away before it gets worse.

Eyelid Twitching: Eyelid twitching is very common, and often occurs from stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, and overuse of stimulants such as caffeine and decongestants. Local eye irritation can also add to this, such as dry eye, allergy, and blepharitis (eyelid infection, inflammation). Eyestrain and excessive reading can contribute. Try reducing the stress/stimulant factors, and get an eye exam for the other causes.

Eye pain.: This is not easy to answer without being examined. Headache pain frequently feels like it's in the eyes. Your symptoms are somewhat atypical, but not definitive for anything specific. It's most likely not dangerous, but you should be seen.

No: The 2 main sources of flashing lights with eye movement are vitreous detachment and retinal detachment. A vitreous detachment is common and benign. A retinal detachment is much more serious. You should be evaluated by an eye md, especially of this is new or associated with seeing floaters.

Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Vertigo: May be vertigo and imbalance when the eyes are closed, especially if you are leaning your head back or moving.Usually is a middle ear problem.Another possible explanation is dehydration but less likely from what described
