Long list: Any change in whites of eyes? Dark urine?  Can be hepatitis, rib issue, pleurisy.. See a doctor if this is not very short term or getting worse.

Because: You probably lean to the right all the time with your mouse in the right hand, phone and other devices. Ask someone to observe you sitting from behind and take a picture when you're not aware to see what your posture is like so  you can correct it.
Your pain can also be secondary to organ dysfunction such as gall bladder, pancreas, stomach or intestine. See a doctor if it persists.

Get evaluated: You don't need the ER, but do make an appointment with your regular doc. This sounds like biliary pain, and absent your gallbladder you may benefit from CT scan, TECH HIDA scan or EGD/ERCP to access for other biliary problems. There are several possible causes. Be well.
