Could: Be constochondritis or rmuscle pain. less likely causes include CAD, Pleuritis, pneumonia and of cause most are accompained by other symptoms

Abdominal pain: This could be gas bubble or stool moving by the area you are describing. The base of the lung is there as well as the spleen, but given the pain is intermittent, this seems more likely related to bowels.

make sure to eat banana and orange juice.

TooBigAnArea-SeeADoc: That's a pretty big area. Does it hurt to take a deep breath? Feel like not getting enough air in? If so, see a doc. Hurt when you move or twist? Maybe a muscle strain. Pain in the chest severe and pressure-like and goes into the shoulder? See a doc. Hurt when you move your arm/shoulder? Maybe your 'rotator cuff.' Anways, if the pain is so severe you can't walk, go see a doctor for an examination

Left side pain: is it there when you press? Did the pain start after coughing? if so may be due to cough.  or may be pleuradynia   viral inflammation  or mycoplasma of lungs, or rarely clot - more common if smoker or on BCP, .Would f/u/ today at urgent care,  MD ( due to concern for clot)
