Soft tissue: At your age this pain is most likely due to muscle sprain/strain or soft tissue inflammation, and will probably resolve with time, progressive activity, and anti-inflammatory medications.  As with any medical condition, if you do not improve or if your symptoms worsen you should see a physician.

has severe pain under left side scapula..was treated of tb and pneumonia and the pain was gone...why will no one look into these meds to treat him?

Imaging: Please see your PCP. A follow up chest radiograph may be indicated. Sometimes there is residual inflammation of the lining of the lung. Other causes may be musculoskeletal.

i have a muscle pain just under my left scapula, went to physio but assisted for short term. when i get massage there is burning sensation on the skin. feel like i am going to hurt my skin with scratching my self so hard. do i need a specialist ?

1-burisitis of the scapula could be the reason.
2-pain from disc disease in the neck area could cause this pain.
3-shoulder problem could cause that also.

Cut back weight: Sound like you tore one of the scapula support muscles. Suspect you continue to re injure the area by lifting too much weight and straining the area. See a PMR doc or physical therapist to made certain of that diagnosis. Taping she shoulder blade for a while can allow it to heal.

Repeated forceful: sneezing may strain  the scapula, either side,.  Try some nasal steroid sparys and Zyrtec.
