More info: First lets make a risk assessment of cardivascular disease. Good history and physical. Pressure type of chess pain worsening with activities is classical for coronary disease. Ecg and stress test will help. Chest pain that increase with breathing and with pushing in the chest point toward chest wall pain/costochondritis. Chest pain worsening only with deep respiration can be pneumonia/pleurisy.

SOB, asymetric chest: Either a collapsed lung( with unilateral atelectasis due to a central obstructing lesion)

or 

a pneumothorax(possibly under "tension")

or 

a unilateral pleural effusion

or a diaphragmatic hernia (with viscera up in the chest).

are you tired all the time
 do you look pale
 these two together are a red flag
do you have a dry  painful cough and your shortness of breath gets worse when you exercise
are your feet and ankles swollen and is it harder to breathe when you lie down flat 
if you do check with your doctor
