If so, then that could be indicator that the breast tissue is getting tender from the hormonal input to it and then resides as the hormones change. If you feel any unusual lumps in the breast or armpit, have it checked by your MD. And, of course, if you have breast cancer in the family, have it check

Breast tail: The tail of the breast is attached under your armpit and if full of milk and not emptied can produce pain. Have a OB GYN MD do a 2nd opinion  exam on your breasts for assurances since you are still ":worried" post nurse practitioner exam.
