Pleuritic Chest Pain: Inflammation :of Lung and covering of Lungs called Pleura occurs mainly due to Viral infection any chest wall movement like Taking deep Breath/ Coughing/laughing can cause pain in certain part of chest. 
 Infection: Bronchitis  causing muscle pull from repeated coughing lead to  localized chest pain
Trauma: Fall or injury to can cause pain while pressing or coughing to a localized area
