this morning i woke up with pain in one testicle. it was really sensitive and felt like that testicle shrunk. never happened before.

Testis pain = see Dr: Testicle pain usually means a trip to the doctor because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). When that happens, the testicle can die. Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc... Since a guy usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisted, an exam by the doctor is needed.

can gastritis cause swelling and pain in one testicle?

No: You might have another problem. You could have epididymitis/orchitis, an infection in the testicle. This should be treated immediately with antibiotics. Fluid around a testicle, or hydrocele, shouldn't be painful, but is another cause of swelling. Hydroceles may be watched and unless they become large.

dr lin, on my earlier question you stated a dull ache/pain in one testicle is not indicative usually of orchitis. what things can this possibly be?

Here are some ...: Oftentimes the ache in sac, besides inflammation or intermittent torsion, may be referring from the disorders in muscles, joints, or nerves at far sites notable in or around the spine. But, a diligent analysis of the onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, and progress of chief complaints and their related Sx + physicals, etc. can differentiate the causes most of times...

my testicles have been hit before 2 weeks now i don't feel pain but one testicle is red i also had been to urologist and he gave me medications 4 1 w.

Ultrasound?: Did they perform an ultrasound to determine if there was any torsion ?..if not is should be done

No cancer: Masturbation or sexual stimulation increases the blood flow to the groin, including testes. Pain after excessive masturbation is not a sign of cancer. The pain is normal response to vascular congestion.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

husb had vascectomy 3 mo ago & is now experiencing dull pain in one testicle...tender & sore...after sex. is this normal, will it go away & treatment?

See an urologist: This should be evaluated if the pain has been present for over 3 months.

cloudy urine, no bacteria, no stones their checking for cysts next week. pain in one testicle, is it likely i have bladder cancer at 27?

Probably not cancer: You're awfully young and there are other things that cause cloudy urine more often than cancer.  I'm sure they've told you this but i can't underemphasize the importance of getting well hydrated.

Testicular pain: Masturbation may cause testicular pain, but you should see your doctor to rule out testicular cancer or other problem.

is testicular torsion pain only severe and if the only time i feel slight discomfort/pain is when one testicle is touched do i need to worry?

Possibilities: The differential diagnosis for testicular pain is very broad and can include pain referred from the groin from hernias or structural problems with the spermatic cord like varicoceles.  Immediate pain that does not subside is an emergency.  A serious cause is a possibility, and testicular pain warrants an examination by a urologist, basic urine and blood tests, and a sonogram of the testicle.
