Many causes: If your pregnancy test is positive, you must see your md as soon as possible. A condition known as ectopic pregnancy which can be life-threatening is a possibility. A threatened miscarriage is another possibility. If you are not pregnant and your symptoms do not resolve after one cycle, see your health care provider.

It depends!: How long have you had this? Did you injure or do some unusual activity?  Do you have any other symptoms, like fever, change in bowel habits, change in urination?  Hard to say for sure, but often pain that only hurts with movement is often due to an injury to a muscle, or joint.  If you have had the pain for more than a few days, it is worth getting checked to find out what is going on for sure.

: I'd be thinking of right kidney pathology. Less likely would be gall bladder issues.. Another possibility is a nerve root impingement by a spur or bulging disk in an intervertebral space in the midback.  I assume you have no intestinal symptoms. It's best to be examined by your MD who will arrange appropriate testing or refer you to a specialist depending upon the initial assessment.
