Chest pain: If you are not having shortness of breath, cough, or fevers then the location of your pain is a muscle-skeletal type pain. Try advil (ibuprofen). If not improving then a doctor should check you.

Treat infection: All three symptoms may be related to an infection.  After 2 weeks, it is certainly time to see your physician for an examination and appropriate tests.

Musculature: If you do not feel a lump, warmth etc., then anything that is sharp or stabbing is usually of musculoskelatal origin (rib, muscles, tendons). Pleurisy would usually be associated with a cough and fever. This pain pattern is not typical of cardiac origin.

A couple of things: There are a few things that can cause that symptom. Regurgitation and reflux probably being one of the more common ones.  If your PCP has ruled out the heart and there's nothing else except that prolonged burning then, I think it less likely cardiac. You may also have an entrapped nerve twig supplying the pectoral region or skin (perhaps trapped by the clavicle)...sensory neuropathy.

NO: This should not be related to a hormonal problem.  Usually when a lymph node (if that is what it is) enlarges as a response to infection or inflammation of which there can be many causes.  It may not be a lymph node.  It could be a cyst or an early abcess.  If it persists, it needs to be checked by a doctor.

No: Sounds like you slept wrong and got stiffness of your muscles as a result.  Would not worry unless this becomes frequent or accompanied by other symptoms.

Cp: Could be as serious as angina (not enough blood flow to heart) or reflux/costochondritis. See a doctor!
