See your doctor: It could be a Bartholin's gland cyst.  Once thought to be related to sexually transmitted disease, it is now known that these glands help with natural secretions, and sometimes they get plugged and infected.  You may need incision and antibiotics.

Many causes : Your symptoms can be caused by a yeast infection, irritant dermatitis, or other possibilities. Consult your ob/gyn or a dermatologist to evaluate and treat the rash.

im five and a half months pregnant and ive been suffering with a pain on my vagina for a few months now, its not on the surface but from the inside. it gets so bad that i struggle to walk, sit or even turn when im laying down. is this normal?

Vagninal pain: Vaginal pain as described may be due to herpes lesions on the lining of the vagina, which can be very painful.  See your OB provider, for an exam and testing with IgG/IgM testing on blood , as treatment with antivirals may be indicated, and if new lesions occur, may affect the method of delivery.

Many possibilties: Too many possibilities to hazard a guess.  Is it recent, sudden, or chronic?  Do you have an infection?  Is there swelling, redness, blisters or sores?  It could even be from something not directly related to the vagina, nerve injury, skin conditions, or vascular conditions.  Many questions to answer and an exam would be neccessary to answer  the question.

infection?: Might have an infection or normal discharge which can occasionally cause an odor.  If concerned get checked.

Gravity: These type of symptoms often are related to pressure of the baby's head on the cervix and pressure on nerves that are related to the legs. One of the best things to do to relieve pressure is to get in a swimming pool. This helps alleviate the pressure, at least for the time in the swimming pool.

More info: Why did you go to ER ?Where was your pain?2 or 3 mm stone usually passes spontaneously. What test did they do in ER to diagnose 2 to 3 mm  stone?You may follow up with your personal doctor.Cheaper than ER. Good luck.
