i broke my collarbone sep 3, 2012. i feel that i am in good condition i can do push ups already. but i wanted to get someones point of view. ?

Should be ok: The fracture should have healed in 6-12 weeks. If you are not having pain, and don't feel a shifting in the bones during your push ups, i would recommend you proceed.

i just did me push ups and my collar bone or shoulder started making a popping noise?

Ac joint: Probably coming from the ac joint. This is the joint between the collar bone and the acromion. Its common to develop pain and popping in that joint with push-ups. If painful see a doctor for evaluation.

Muscle strain: You have some form of muscular pain/myofascial syndrome. I suggest you give the pushups a rest for a while as you're just aggravating it.

i have a titanium nail in my collarbone from 15 yrs ago break. the end of it can be felt near neck, only a few cm. hurts to do flys/pushups etc at gym. is it a big process to remove it? time out of gym?

Mirror: You could do pushups in front of a mirror, or work out with a friend.  Taking a class at a community center, taught by a certified trainer, might be useful as well.

is it normal for my bp to shoot up to 170ish / 110ish or higher along with dizziness during only mild exercise like push-ups / dumbells? concerns me.

Normal vs. Healthy?: Big difference. Normal only means usual, common. Healthy=a very different issue. Basic issue: any BP reading from only a single heart (Systolic) &amp; another single beat (Diastolic) within limits of accuracy of measurement system being used; digital meters least accurate (literally guess). Situation, as described, too vague for good answer. Exercise tends to result in ↑SBP, varies with exercise, etc.

Elbow click: This can be a normal finding due to the lining of the elbow joint (capsule). As long as there is no pain or swelling nothing to worry about.

carried some heavy bags on left wrist. day later noticed left wrist hurt during push-ups so i stopped. since then wrist hurts a lot about 5 days. ?

Pulled  muscle, tend: This  may be a pulled  muscle, tendon or the joint. You can use heat to the area. During the first  36  hours you would be able to use  ice but after that  use heat..  You can also get a wrist splint and use that. If it does not improve  you need to see your physician.

Painful bulge forehe: It is important to have your doctor check your child to find the cause of the pain and bulging.

can i do bodyweight exercise  like push ups , pull ups , chin ups during right inguinal hernia?

Not clear: After your surgery?  No for at least 6 weeks of healing, but ask your surgeon.  Those exercises can increase the intraabdominal pressure and push on the repair.  I have had patients "pop out" the repair for not following instructions.  Obviosuly thsi would depend on severity of hernia and repair used.
