Others: I would consider tramadol and nucynta (tapentadol).  Morphine commonly will have side effects but other opioids may not give the same adverse effects.  It depends on the sensitivity but others could be tried.  Discuss this with your doc.

Right now if...: Both codeine and alcohol can make you drowsy, dizzy, lightheaded, spacey etc. so it is advised to avoid combining them as they will have an additive effect. But one beer should not affect you that much. 4-6 hours: Diazepam and codeine have additive sedative effects.  So to be careful not to get interactions, I would wait 4-6 hours before taking the codeine.  You must be careful as they both can make you tipsy , stumble or fall.  So to prevent any side effects separate their use by 4-6 hours.

Dose dependent: Aspirin is good for mild pain, treats fever, and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent when used chronically. As the dose is increased, there is progressive issue with upset stomach and peptic ulceration. Codeine is good for moderate pain. As the dose is increased, it causes nausea and constipation. It is addicting. The drugs are combined to get a better total effect at lower doses.

Taking : Taking too much tylenol could be dangerous.  That amount you listed is reasonable, but any more then that could be dangerous to your liver.  You can take advil (ibuprofen) instead of the tylenol and it is safe with acetaminophen/codeine.

Tramadol codeine: These are two different molecules. Traditionally both are regarded as weak analgesics when compared to morphine the gold standard. In y opinion Tramadol is weaker than Codeine. Both have addiction potential. Both get metabolized to active metabolites.

Codeine allergy: There are many alternatives. Just because you are allergic to Codeine dose not mean that you are allergic to hydrocodone, Oxymorphone , oxycodone. Depending on the allergy morphine may be acceptable. Synthetic opiates demerol, (meperidine hydrochloride) alfentanyl, sufenta, or fentanyl are perfectly safe , .
