Could be other thing: It could be a lot of things.  It could be gas or indigestion.  It could be that the nerves, bones, muscles are affected in that area.  Could be liver too.  It would be good if you could get an examination by a medical professional with hands on to help with differentiating what is going on.

i would put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in my orange juice 3x this past week. day 3 now on/off i feel a dull pain on upper right side by rib cage. could this have damaged my gallbladder? i dont feel anything after a meal, maybe after coffee?

Right sided pain : It is unlikely that the vinegar has caused the symptoms you describe. However with pain in this area there are possible other causes like gallbladder disease, stomach ulcer, which would need evaluation by your doctor through imaging and a thorough history and physical exam.

Gallbladder: The most common cause  would be gallstones. Other possibilities would be ulcer pain, reflux, pancreatitis and some types of liver disease. See your physician and get it checked out.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Gallstones?: You may have an infection caused by gallstones. This would contribute to your mental decline and worsening of pain after meals.  I would get an ultrasound of your gallbladder.

Very well could : Be gas  try gas x and see if it helps if you Re doing exercises could  also be musculoskeletal  even lifting baby could have strained  the muscle . Be  cAreful of how you are lifting, pulling bending and  twisting too
