TMJ?: Consider seeing a dentist for evaluation of TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction. It is often the result of grinding and/or clenching of the jaw, particularly during sleep. A mouth guard can be very helpful, either made by the dentist or purchasing a moldable appliance over the counter.

i have a lump in front of my ear, it's feels deep like close to the muscle, between the lower and upper jaw,it's a bit painful, what could it be?

Enlarged lymph node: What you described suggests an enlarged lymph gland to inflammation in your mouth or scalp. It may go away on its own. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

m58, i am left with 12 teeth in lower jaw and 8 in upper jaw from several ears. now i feel pain in ear. could this be due to unbalanced chewing.

See ENT first: To rule out ear infection. Also remember that your teeth are important for your dental and general health. They help you chew, swallow, speak, and smile. The loss of any tooth may cause your mouth to shift and your face to look older and effect your digestion. The good news is missing teeth can be replaced. Depending on your needs the options are: implants, fix bridges and removable partials.

Contact DDS: If the dentist reviewed your radiographs and did a clinical examination, was TMJ addressed? If TMJ symptoms are relevant the dentist may treat you by making a nightguard that would separate your teeth, to lessen grinding if evident. Otherwise, you may be referred to your MD for an evaluation.

i have been having a moderate pain in my neck  around the back of my ear  down to just behind upper jaw for 6 days. no fever.  just on my left side.

Pain behind ear : Your pain could be related to a tooth infection or a problem with your temperomandibular joint (tmj). You'll need to see a dentist to carefully examine that area, and take xrays to check for an infection.

Get to dentist: Your broken wisdom tooth will  not heal itself.  It will get worse and you may have an infection.  This needs to be treated by a dentist. Asap.
