Inner thigh pain: Inner thigh pain most commonly represents a sprain or strain of a muscle. "inner" (medically termed 'medial') thigh pain usually indicates an adductor muscle strain, or tenderness where the muscles insert on to the bone. The most common cause is an overuse injury, like bicycling too hard too long, etc. Other causes could include a hernia, a blood clot, a stress fracture of the pelvic bone, etc.

Thigh pain: There are many reasons for this pain, but nsaids and stretching with positional changes multiple times per day is probably best for now. Try to continue with activities as usual, except for strenuous lifting and lost of bending, to prevent things from getting worse. Wait for about a week before seeking help if you can tolerate it... Massage the muscle: Lots of possible causes starting with high heels.  If you have had cancer or other reason to be at risk for blood clot then see your doctor for full eval.  Are you climbing stairs a lot or walking on inclines? Try massaging the muscle with a good menthol balm, start vit E 400mg daily, and if that dent resolve, see you doc for a more thorough eval

Nerve pain : This sounds like nerve pain. However because there is tenderness to touch there could be some inflammation or infection going on as well. I would recommend you visit your doctor for a proper examination and possibly X Rays or ultrasound of the Lowry back , hips and thigh

Back pain: and sore muscles.  You need to find the cause of your symptoms by seeing your doctor.   Possibilities include Lyme and arthritis or other things.  Muscles may be weak due to lack of movement when you were in more pain. Peace and good health.

Nerve: Tingling is a symptom of nerve compression.  You likely have a degenerative disc that is pressing against the nerve exiting the spinal column. When you open up the disc space by sitting or other position of comfort the impingement of the nerve is released.
Meds help calm down the inflamation and narrow the space. The muscles and spasm /strain can go away with meds, therapy, hands on treatment.

It can be as SI: Joint pain can refer to the groin as can back pain from a disc or the small joints of the back known as facet joints. Hip problems can also present with that distribution of pain.  See a spine specialist if the symptoms persist for another opinion.

Doubt ALS: Not sure why you chose ALS, but it sounds like your entire problem is foot related. See a podiatrist to see if orthotics could make a difference. We have a ‘good feet’ store with a unique type of orthotic which you can try, before you buy, to determine the benefits in YOUR case. Also consider getting a pair of medium weight controlled graduated compression hose, which will help your legs as well.
