Many possibilities…: Gallbladder disease, liver problems such as hepatitis (from a variety of possible causes), fitz-hugh curtis syndrome (related to sexually-transmitted diseases and pelvic inflammatory disease), right lower lobe pneumonia, constipation and excessive bowel gas (which are quite common), colitis such as crohn's disease and musculoskeletal causes.

Hard to say: There are multiple potential causes, you should consider being seen.  Possible causes can incude an irritation of a nerve in the thoracic spine, an inflammatory condition involving the gall bladder or the lining of the lung, and multiple other causes. Burning pain: If a crusting rash is present shortly it is shingles. Otherwise have someone check the nerve on that side and your spine where the nerve originates from.

Strain: Sounds like the latissimus dorsi is strain.  Should get better in 7-10 days.  Rest, ice, and antiinflammatories.
