Strained a mm prob: Guy, most likely you are repeatedly straining an abdominal/pelvic muscle. Pe: is that physical education, or are u referring that question to dr. Pete-:?  If you repeatedly strain a muscle down there, you are heading for a hernia, which would make the strain (tearing of a small number of muscle fibers) into a hernia (permanently tearing a muscle).  "walk, don't run" (check this song out).

Running pain: Sounds like you are getting side stitch pain which some people get when they run. Some are able to run through it by bending the elbow on the same side and pumping your arm up and down. Others have to stop.  The thought is that it is caused by increased lactic acid.

five days ago my 75 pound dog came running at me and jump on my lower right abdomen.  instantly i had sever pain that went away. but since that day i have had a constant trobbing. what could it be?

Taking a guess...: Sudden pain from impact could have possibly ruptured an ovarian cyst - that is, of course, if you have ovaries! you may be bruised, and it's possible that the pain you currently have has nothing to do with the impact at all. When i think of right lower abdominal pain, i think appendix - until proven otherwise! you might want to get a real exam - not an internet opinion - on this one. Good luck.

Pain: It is probably muscle strain and will eventually disappear. I would try Aleeve for three days and see if that helps

Abd/pelvic pain: I would strongly urge you to go see your OBGYN specialists as soon as possible, about your Abdominal and pelvic pain. This seems to be a more pressing issue than just Venous prominence in the areola area of the breast.  There is a very remote circumstance in which the liver is involved, which would produce prominent veins on abdomen, but you did not give any history supporting this etiology.

Urinary tract issue: Given your age and sex could be a urinary tract problem. A kidney ston will give abd pain that radiates to groin. Alternatively if the pain is running down the back of the leg it could be neurologic from a herniated disc. You should see your dr for a complete workup of this pain.

Stitch: If it is just under your ribcage, it is commonly referred to as a "stitch". It is a spasbm of your diaphragm muscle which you use to breath. Many people press on the area to help it go away.
