Physical exam : Please schedule an appointment for a full history and physical exam. Shortness of breath is a serious symptom that needs prompt medical evaluation by an MD. You may have a respiratory illness or asthma at your age cardiac issues anemia less likely but still need investigation. Family history medications social history like smoking etc. occupation all helpful info on here. Stay calm and see MD.

Neurophthalmologist: Your symptoms need complete neurophthalmology evaluation. Twitching of eye lid alone should not be a problem, however, with headache, sob, vertigo may mean something much more significant.

when i take a bath i get dizzy, my heart races and my vision gets blurry, i focus on my breathing and it goes away it will happen a few times before i get out when i do i get areally bad headache my head feels tight and is throbbing & my eyes squint.

Blood pressure : Physiologically when you take a bath if you are submerged you experience the mammalian diving reflex and your blood pressure elevates however the hotter the water the more your blood vessels will want to dilate and keep your core cool. I would stay hydrated and try to shower instead and see MD to screen your blood pressure, set of labs please.

Seasonal flu: Seasonal flu it is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. If there is no improvement or sore throat is severe or lasts longer than another week, or you are getting joint pain
see your pcp for evaluation.

See a pediatrician: And do this quickly.  Breathing difficulties in children should be managed acutely and not left to wondering about.  Children that age can become very ill very rapidly.

Saline nose spray: Saline (a mild, non-stinging salt water) sprayed in the nose periodically (once an hour or so) can help maintain moisture to the nose.  Also, applying a small amount of vasoline petroleum jelly around the nose after using the saline can help keep the saline in place, providing even greater relief.

i hurt my nose badly opening my car door.  it's somewhat tender after 3 days and i have a slight headache. no bleeding or breathing trouble.?

Contused or broken: You may have broken your nose, but if it is not bothering your breathing, i would suggest that you only need to take tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil for the pain.

Physician visit: I would suggest having a visit with your PCP, and also consider blood tests such as a CBC, differential, platelets. 
Avoid Motrin and Aspirin products, until seen. Place an ice pack with gentle pressure on the bridge of your nose. If the bleeding lasts more than 5-7 minutes, please see acute care.
If you are short of breath, having chest pain, please see the emergency department.

You may: As described, you appear to be developing an infection that is affecting your lungs too with probable congestion and resultant wheezing. See the Doctor to get evaluated and treated, and to determine if it is viral or bacterial, for which the latter would require antibiotics.  Best wishes.
