It depends: There are many possible causes.  An irritation of a nerve in the thoracic pain can cause pain to radiate around one side of the trunk.  A gallbladder problem can cause pain radiating into the right side as can a lung and kidney problem.  A detailed exam and appropriate studies can usually tell the cause.  Consider being checked. Get checked out!: Pain in one testicle can be an infection (epididymitis) caused by an STD, or it can be torsion (twisting) of the testicle which can cutoff blood flow and you can lose the testicle. I'd go to your physician, urgent care or the ER to get checked out ASAP.

UTI: You probably have a urinary tract infection (uti). I recommend going to your doctor and having them prescribe you some antibiotics to get rid of it.  Ways to prevent this are to drink plenty of water, wipe from front to back, urinate after intercourse, and avoid potentially irritating feminine products.

Possible bladder inf: Your list is what one can experience with a UTI
Drink some cranberry juice(3-4 oz) and push fluids.

You should be seen at clinic to have a urine analysis done to determine if you also need antibiotics.

? GERD: Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease or heartburn in lay terms, or could be your heart, (unlikely in your age) . Try antacids/PPIs OTC, but read the labels carefully, if no improvement, see your doctor, good luck

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is a couple issue especially in early pregnancy. Any of the organs in the pelvis could be the cause so it will be important to see you Obgyn and confirm that there is a live pregnancy located inside the uterus. They can also evaluate your abdomen to determine what testing is needed to diagnosis your pain

Ultrasound : See a doctor soon. Consider getting an ultrasound of your abdomen including pancreas. And get checked out.

TMJ or shoulder issues due to muscles and nerves coming out the base of the skull.

Spasm: Possibilities are pylorospasm (at outlet of stomach) or spasm of the esophagus. Hyperactivity of the vagus nerve may be what provokes these episodes. Treatment would be antispasmodic medication like probanthine or,dicyclomine. A gastroenterologist can evaluate and advise you best.
