Lots possible...: Symptomatology as you describe is not to be ignored--its a warning sign that something may be wrong.  Please see my many healthtap answers on the subject of what causes loss of appetite. Not all such problems are serious, but you don't want to miss the problem that is. Not sure how the arm pit pain fits in, but would at least check for enlarged nodes here.

S. Pyogenes: Would not anticipate this from streptococcal pharyngitis alone. However s.  Pyogenes can cause other types of infections. If you haven't been medically evaluated - that would be prudent.

day after 2nd pfizer vaccine, my 35 year old son & i both feel pain in the armpit in the arm the shot was given, i don't feel a lump, just almost feels bruised and sore, is this a concern? i've been very stressed about this shot and now i'm worried?

: The symptoms are consistent with a vaccination reaction. Watch for signs of infection, prolonged fever and stay well hydrated.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Activation of sweat glands due to hot weather can produce such a sensation and it should subside with acclimatization.  If the symptoms persist beyond  a couple of weeks it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Many things: The pain can be from infection, pinched nerve, lung infection or local infection, neck injurt and radiating pain. 

Need to be examined by physician.

Heart disease . . . : We tend to think of deadly things first, and then work our way down to less deadly causes. Women can have heart disease which doesn't always present in same fashion as men. Stress can sometimes aggravate heart so to be safe, go see your familydoc and arrange for some sort of evaluation of your heart. Once cleared, eat right, exercise regularly & optimize your blood pressure, cholesterol & sugars.

i have follow up breast us in few days. i am feeling some pain in the same armpit. can i ask them to check my armpit as well during the ultrasound? will they do it or another appointment is needed?

Call your doctor: Please call your doctor to discuss. It would be up to them to change the order if necessary, but they may want an exam first. The ultrasonographer cannot change the order; however, if you are doing this at a breast center, the breast specialist (doctor) may be able to give you a recommendation also.

hi i had a shoulder op 4 weeks  ago for  impingement  it was soar afterbut got better a few days later now 4 weeks on the pain is back in the armpit  help?

Physical therapy: Do your pt and shoulder exercises regularly. Ice as needed for pain/inflammation. See your surgeon if persists.

Lower back: Pain from the hip is often felt in the front of the hip whereas back pain is felt just where you describe.
