Stretch marks: likely that.  if they have been there for some time and don't hurt or itch and are not spreading that could be it.  hard to say without a picture or more description.  it could be many other things.  see your doctor when you can.  :)

i am in pain in my right upper thigh, pelvis area, and stomach/lower back. what can i do to alleviate the pain?

Depends on the cause: Why do we call it blue? What if it wasn't all in your back, pressing on a nerve going into your leg, or in your stomach or pancreas cancer eating away at nerves of back?  What if it was you, stressed, then manifesting by symptoms such as these?  Evaluation tedious, but necessary to pin point treatment. Otherwise, everyone gets pain killers and those who die, die, & those who live, call it indigo.

Right-sided pain: You should consult a physician if the pain persists, you develop nausea or fever. Major concerns urinary tract infection, pyelonephritis, kidney stones, appendicitis, ovarian cyst.

Rash: The rash you are experiencing sounds like an allergic reaction, however a good history including drugs, soaps, perfumes clothes is necessary. I would suggest seeing your doctor but you can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for the itching

Several things: This is a problem that requires a face-to-face meeting with your doctor.  In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

Even if GB was removed x 8 years ago, residual calculi can travel up to the pancreas.

When to get checked: An exam with your doc is in order. If you have fever or vomiting, go soon. Bloating and bad back pain may or may not be related. However, not able to bend over should get checked. Be well.

Pinched Nerve: Low back pain going down the leg sounds like sciatica. This occurs when one of your lumbar spinal nerves is irritated. This can often improve on it's own, but if pain lasts greater than 2 weeks see your physician.  There are many non-surgical options.
