Not aware: most hair transplant will use your own hair. Synthetic hair will no grow hence it will be fixed.

Different growth: Body hair can be transplanted to the head, but it grows to a different length and may not look like the scalp hair when it grow out.

It's one factor: It is always advantages to have similar hla antigens between the donor and the recipient.  Most solid organ transplants are done with a negative crossmatch.  Which means the recipient does not have preformed antibodies against the donors hla antigens.  Don't know what you mean regarding skin transplants.  They are not really done between strangers.

Yes but why?: Transplants are designed to match the original as much as possible and that is true for major transplants like hands.  Hopefully this question is theoretical and not because you need a hand transplant.

Shop around: You can bargain with most of them. Hair trans is a routine procedure with occasional complications such as infection. Many men discover that they look cool with a shaven scalp. Many look good with a short beard. You can always shave off a beard, but once you invest time and money on a transplant it is gone forever.

Recovery: Recovery time for numbness after follicular unit extraction(FUE) is typically 2-3 months, but in some cases the numbness may persist.

Cut nerve: In harvesting a strip of skin (and slicing it up for transplant) the nerves that innervate the scalp can be cut.  They may re grow at a rate of 1mm per day, so it may take several months to know if you will regain full sensation in the area.

The : The answer is yes. Transplant patients are subject to many dermatologic conditions. Because you are an organ transplant recipient and most likely on immune suppressing medications, your body is not able to protect you from certain diseases as it once was. This includes, but certainly is not limited to conditions such as shingles and skin cancers. As a transplant patient, you should plan to see your dermatologist on a regular basis now and in the future. It is important that you have your skin checked for skin cancers often, as kidney transplant patients are especially more prone to the development of certain types of skin cancer.

Check hormones first: Before you contemplate any costly interventions better if have a hormonal evaluation by dermatologist or endocrionogist to look into any possible medical causes of hair loss (such as thyroid, testosterone, iron, etc). Good luck.

had kidney transplant 4yrs ago.for 9 months am suffering from urinary tract infection having uribid 1 daily also skin has darkened too much why advice?

Look for other cause: Kidney transplant patients are at increased risk of urinary tract infection, but should usually respond to treatment, not having persistent infection for many months. If you take the antibiotic regularly (not skipping doses), it may be time to look for causes like bacterial resistance to the drug, possible forgotten stent (plastic tube), stones or other problems. May need cystoscopy by urologist.
