Need more info: Are you asking what it could be?  Sounds like a 7th nerve palsy otherwise known as bell's palsy, but i'd get it checked out, especially to r/o 3rd nerve palsy or horner's syndrome.

See your doctor: If you have a strange swelling near eye, I would see your doctor or eye doctor.  Cooling clothes can be helpful in the mean time.

my son has temp of 39.1 he is two, has had pneumonia 2 weeks ago  one side of face and eye are very red. what could be wrong?

Possible cellulitis: If there is fever and only one side of the face is red, it is possible that he has cellulitis, a bacterial infection of the tissues of the face.  My best recommendation is that he be seen by his pediatrician, and with the height of the temperature, i would recommend that he be seen today.

Facial Pain: Many causes of facial pain, including decayed teeth, periodontal disease, TMJ, sinusitis to name a few. This should be investigated by your dentist to rule out any dental issues, and then by your physician.

my right eye is smaller than my left eye. is this from sleeping on the right side of face sometimes? will it ever go back to its original size?

No: Though she may have glaucoma if what you are saying is correct. She should be seen by an ophthalmologist who can thoroughly evaluate her eyes. If you live in MD, the Wilms Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins is one of the world's greatest eye hospitals if she really does have something wrong with her eyes.

i just in the last 24hr have gotten a lot of pain around the right side of my eye including right forehead n right side of face working into shoulder?

Not normal: Based on the distribution of the pain, it sounds like there's irritation or inflammation of the trigeminal nerve, the nerve that supplies sensation (including pain) in the areas you describe (shoulder pain might be referred pain.)  Because there are some serious but treatable causes of trigeminal neuralgia,you need medical care.

Go to doctor asap: Facial numbness can be serious- shingles? Trigeminal neuropathy? Rare infections in meckels cave? Stroke?

Need more info: You should get a second opinion by an eye doctor to see if there is any hope for vision for that eye.
