Bad causes? could be lockjaw which is fatal. So i would discuss with your Dr. in AM or go to ER. Good causes: you are cold and shivering. If so warm up.

It depends.: You might have been born with it.  This happens sometimes, and is usually called a port wine stain, or simply a discoloration of the skin due to lack of pigment.  It also might be a lesion/cut/bite that healed long ago and stayed red.  If you have others, it could be a skin condition from some disease.  It would be wise to see your doctor to be sure, or just be aware of it if you are ok otherwise.

Get seen today,: Pain and fever with a mass near the rectum is worrying.  This may be a peri-rectal abscess.  Don't mess around!  Call your doctor and/or get checked today to find out what is going on.  Good luck!

See the dentist.: Pain and swelling following dental extraction is usually at its worst 24 – 48 hours after surgery, after that it should subside more and more every day and after 7 days stop. If pain or other symptoms persists or worsens, it may require attention and you should call your dentist or oral surgeon (second opinion) for follow up appointment.

Sciatica: Although there are several possibilities, one if the more common causes is a sciatica, which is an irritation of a nerve in the back that can cause pain that runs into the hip.  When you lower your chin, it increases the pressure in the spinal canal and can aggravate the symptoms like you are describing.  The hip and the SI joint are also potential causes.  Don't hesitate to be seen.

had a boil a week ago on the lower left buttock.it popped & the skin got dark & infected(blood+pus).deep pain, cant walk/sit.taking 400mg cefixime since yestrday,now bleeding wont stop.how to stop it? is it bcause of the infection or the antibiotic?

The infection: Not supposed to provide individual advice on this site, just general information.  Nonetheless ... the bleeding is caused by the infection.  The blood vessels around the infection open wider (to deliver more blood to the area and fight the infection) - also, that’s why it becomes red.

Apply pressure to the area.  Keep it clean and covered.

Cefixime has nothing to do with it

Folliculitis: See a dermatologist  ASAP. You probably will benefit from minocycline or other oral antibiotic. Meanwhile try cool water and some benzoyl peroxide. You need to grow up. Adult men have body hair. If you want to be as smooth as a baby, consider laser.

Tendonitis/neuritis: Chronic pain back of head, occipital region, can derive from expanding mass within brain or from chronic tendonitis and/or neuritis in region of superior trapezium muscle insertions on occiput. Neurologists can effectively differeniate, prescribe, refer, treat. Local steroid injections into tender sites can be effective. Imo chronic irregular postures head & neck can be primary underlying cause.
