Very common: It is called ligamentous laxity. It is normal and typically does not cause any problems.

am taking dexa-tresortil for the last six month now. if i stop one day,the pain comes  back to my joints at my wrist and fingers.am i adicted.

Unable to say: because this drug is not available in the US, and I cannot find any online information on it.  The only things that come close is a combination of dexamethasaone and methcarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant that CAN cause physical dependency.  Steroids are not good drugs for most causes of arthritis, because the inflammation rebounds when you stop. Talk to a rheumatologist familiar with the agent.

DIP joint OA: Osteoarthritis of the hand is a common condition. A common site where arthritis happens in the hand is at the joint closest to the fingertip (the distal interphalangeal or DIP joint). All forms of hand arthritis can cause stiffness, swelling, pain, and deformity. Osteoarthritis sometimes causes bony nodules at the end joint of the finger (Heberden’s nodes).

i have small bumps throughout my fingers, most are on the joints. i also have horizontal ridges in my nails, the deepest ones on my thumbnails, help!

Dermatologist: A dermatologist would be best qualified to evaluate,advise and,if necessary,treat you or refer you.  Occasionally bumps on joints are related to arthritis; also,ridges in fingernails may be a finding in psoriasis -present or future.

Impossible to say: The cause of a single episode of very transient pain is difficult to determine. If it is a repetitive problem then get it evaluated.

i have ehlers danlos.  i do have an issue with dislocations, but not in my fingers.  i am able to do "magic tricks" with my fingers, though.  i am only 41. intermittently, my fingers, one finger at a time, will ache horribly deep inside the joint for hour

Finger Pain: One of the problems with hyper mobile joints is they are not made to move that way.  Therefore, they wear out.  They get arthritis. The joint capsules wear and the fluid that lubricates the joint leaves the joint.  The best thing you can do is stop doing "magic tricks", use some NSAID's.  Talk to your doctor about what else to do.

joint pain in hands 7 wks now tips of fingers constantly numb/tingle in one hand. neg for lupus and rheum arth. nerve issue?

Yes: With the numbness and tingling I would suspect a nerve issue - carpal tunnel or impingement at the c-spine.
