Chest pain : hi! There are a lot of causes of chest pain on the right. Without a proper exam, I think your pain is probably muscular or even gastrointestinal. If it just started , give it a couple days. If this has been happening for awhile, get checked out.

Hard to say: It would be best to see a healthcare provider to have this evaluated more fully. It could be something simple like a muscle cramp or pain with a joint in your rib cage, but it could also be something more concerning that is causing you localized pain with breathing. In general we think of things that cause inflammation of the lining around the lungs, including infection or blood clot.

Chest pain 32 yr old: probably musculoskeletal at your age, but if you do any vaping or any drugs, go immediately to ER - might be good idea to go to Urgent Care regardless to diagnose if costochondritis or other noncardiac cause

Chest pain: Severe chest pain on breathing in a 33y/o is usual pleural inflammation and generally will go away by itself. If it doesn't should consult your doctor to see if something else is causing it. Would usually resolve in a week or less.

Pain with breathing: Pain with breathing could be due to a variety of reasons, e.g. Muscle, bone, lining of the lungs (pleural), etc. Not all diagnoses are "worrisome" however you should first be evaluated to determine what the cause of your pain is before one can tell if it is serious or not.

ChstPain aftertrauma: More info is needed. If trauma is primarily to the chest wall, the pain may well be musculoskeletal. In that case simple analgesics (Tylenol) and anti-inflammatories (Ibuprofen) would be helpful. An evaluation by your doctor would be to rule out more serious causes.

Costochondritis : It could be inflammation if the rib cartilage and musculature.  Also known as costochondritis. Should be fine as long as there is no shortness of breath or exertional pain.
