Pain: Arm pit or axillary pain can be for various reasons. Could be a muscle problem, your sweat glands in the area, swollen lyph node, pleuritic pain from your chest.

Costochondritis: Costochondritis, or Tietze's disease results from irritation of the cartilage that joins the upper ribs to the breastbone.  Pain is typically manifest with movement, deep breath, cough.  It is a benign condition, which can be properly treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and osteopathic manipulative medicine.  Mechanical irritation due to bra wires can exacerbate the symptoms.

Mass or cyst: This could be a number of things. You need to see your doctor asap. It could be a cyst. A solid mass, an enlarged lymph node.... It may need antibiotcs, or aspirated, or removed. It is impossible to say without an exam.

Possibly: A new breast lump, even in a younger woman, needs to be thoroughly evaluated as it might be cancerous.  Please see a doctor.  The best place to start would probably be with a primary care physician like an ob/gyn, family practitioner, or internist.  If you do not already have a doctor many communities have breast or women's health centers where you could potentially get care.

Need in-person eval: These symptoms could be a number of things:  cystic changes, abscess, breast cancer.
You should contact your primary care doctor and ask to be referred to a breast specialist (breast surgeon).  You also need a mammogram and ultrasound.
