Posssibly: There are many causes of low back pain and hip pain.  Often they are related.  A bad hip can cause buttock, groin, and/or thigh pain.  Sometimes a pinched nerve in the back can cause back, buttock, and thigh pain depending on which nerve is involved.  If your pain does not improve or gets worse you should contact your physician to help identify the cause.

Not high on list but: Abdominal discomfort of any kind, particularly if recurrent or persistent, is not to be ignored--its a warning sign that something may be wrong inside your abdomen. Please see my many healthtap answers on the subject of what causes abdominal pain. Not all such problems are serious, but you don't want to miss a problem that is.  Tell your doctor location, intensity, duration, timing, triggers, etc.

Unlikely: Don't worry, you are going to be fine. Ovarian cancer is unlikely at your age and usually has no symptoms. Your complaints sound musculoskeletal and you should get a full history and exam by your physician. Try to rest, use ice, NSAIDs if no bleeding risk and make an appointment or go to Urgent Care, which requires no appointments. Don't be scared, see your MD. You're going to be okay.

It sure can be: The question is, is this normal for you ?  Also, does the pain persist after your period starts ?  If this is not your normal pattern and the pain persists, get it checked out.

cant sleep on my front.when i lie one of my testicle drops drown to my scrotum.very uncomfortable to sleep on my back because i struggle for both thighs to come together.hip pain and waist pain.dont have pain in testicle. a lot of cremaster reflex?

: There are many reasons which can hinder sleep- some like yours. Do some exercise before sleep, listen to soothing music. Get a comfortable mattress and pillow. In some way you should get your mind off the position you lie in and then you will sleep well. Cremesteric reflex is not involved in it. wishing you good ZZZZs

Ovarian cancer ?: Why are you worried about ovarian cancer?  Do you or your family have a history ?  Usually cancers present as PAINLESS masses in the abdomen, not painful. Though certainly repeating the US would be a good idea. If nice normal ovaries are seen you. An look for another cause of your pain. Feel better !

in january i started having groin and hip pain. i specialist sent me for an mri and the picked up i have bursitis and tendinitis. for the past few months i have experiencing discomfort in my left waist,especially when i sleep on my side?

May be similar: This may be a similar problem - like bursitis.You can try heat but you may needs physical therapy or  an injection

Hip bursitis: It is likely that you have a condition called trochanteric bursitis of your hip--it is inflammation of the area surrounding the curve of the hip-thigh bone. Possibly resulted from excessive use/walking/running and/or laying on the side on a firm/hard surface too long. Hip arthritis and disc disease can cause hip pain as well. Motrin/aleve may help. If not better, consult doc for eval.

Needa diagnosis firs: First you need to determine where the pain is coming from.Pain located outside the hip joint has a different treament that the pain located inside the hip joint.Outside pain can be as simple as bursitis and a injection could be all you need.Inside pain could be as serious as the need for a hip replacement is arthitis of the hip is the correct diagnosis.

Exercise: Most of hip pains are due to osteoarthritis.  Over-weightiness and inactivity make hip-pain worse.  Back-strengthening exercises and losing weight are helpful.  Taking pain-killer should be the last resort.  However, when the pain is severe and/or interferes with the lifestyle, it is wise to consider hip replacement surgery.  If pain persists please consult a physician.
