Best to be: Seen sooner rather than later by a dentist.  Wisdom tooth pain can be some of the worst pain one can experience; can also cause trismus (inability to open normally).  Best not to wait.  Hope this helps.

Wisdom tooth wisdom: you might want to see your Dentist or Orthodontist for removal of the problematic wisdom tooth/teeth. In the meantime, you can use cold pack to your jaw ( TMJ area) and use over the counter pain meds ( ibuprofen or paracetamol).  Always take ibuprofen with food and avoid if you have kidney disease or stomach problems.

hi it's 3 weeks since my wisdom tooth extraction. i had earache in my left ear which i did expect but that's gone. now i can't hear in right ear..

See your doctor: You need someone to look in your ear today. Although it might be wax or fluid it could also be a viral hearing loss. Your primary care doctor should be able to see wax or fluid, if not you need to see an ENT doctor.

Common: It is not unusual to have a headache and some local swelling after wisdom tooth extraction.  Some are able to wear a night guard afterwards but most need a couple days for it to be comfortable again.   Good luck!

Ear pain: Not unheard of. It was prob a tough extraction near your nerve.  Nerve has tract that runs back to ear.  Inflammed nerve takes time to heal.

Infection?: Possible that the wisdom tooth is infected and may need treatment or extraction.  The nerve sensation for that tooth enter the skull just in front and deep to the ear.  It is common to have referred pain/issues from a wisdom tooth.  You may also have an inner ear infection in combo or by its self.  Have it checked out by a dentist for the wisdom tooth.

Does seem: See the correlation. Have you had a cold lately? Seems to me that the communication between your middle ear and throat, the eustachio tube is closed. Go see an ENT docgtor he should solve the problem... I doubt that wisdom tooth has anything to do with it.

Oral surgeon: See an oral surgeon for assessment. Can be related to past wisdom tooth removal, possibly the tooth in front, possible TMJ. Diagnosis first. See an oral surgeon.
