Someone needs...: ....To look in there to answer your question. Sorry. Could be an internal ear infection, or an infection of the canal itself. Could be wax occlusion or something stuck in there. Hard to say online...

Nervus intermedius: Neuralgia. This neuralgia involve a vii cranial nerve distribution and occur infrequently. Could be transient event with regression to the mean.
Rec.: see your pcp for further investigation.

i have dystonia recently my jaw has locked.im having pain in jaw and ear canal. whole side of face is numb.is this common. what can i do to unlock it?

Physical therapy: Possibly is TMJ disorder.  Acupuncture, biofeedback , and evaluation by a TMJ expert might be in order.

Another concern would be bell's palsy.  Might you be describing a facial paralysis as a "lock"?  The "numbness" to touch indicates nerve contusion and/or impingement, as is seen with bell's palsy.  Bell's palsy should be evaluated sooner than later.  You are advised to consult a neurologist.

very sore throat that feels "itchy" (best word i can think to describe the scratchy pain). same  feeling deep in ear canal. swollen glands under chin.

Please get a strep: Throat culture/ test. Antibiotics are imperative for strep throat.  Try saltwater gargles. Mix tsp of salt in 8 oz of warm water – gargle w this several times/day. You can gargle w aloe vera juice a couple of times per day. A mix of chamomile tea w honey ; a small amt of lemon juice helps.

i have had ear pain, pimples in my ear canals and wetness in them too and its been about 3 months now. could it be something serious?

A few questions: How long has it been since the last time you cleaned your ears? When you say wetness do you mean ear wax? Also pimples can develop in your ear so i wouldn't worry to much about it, but if you have been cleaning your ears properly then i would go see a doctor.

Needs exam: Sometimes old blood drains from the ear canal long after it first formed.  A mild external ear infection could cause some light bleeding.  Either way the ear likely needs to be cleaned out and evaluated.  I would recommend an ent, or your family doctor take a look.

i have been  having fevers for 4 nightsassociated with strong pain in my frontal lobe, ear canals and jaws, and swollen tunsils. should i worry?

Get checked out.: It ir probably and sinus infection or upper respiratory infection. It's probably nothing to worry about. The best way to know for sure is to get checked out by your doctor.

Otits externa: Your husband needs to see his GP urgently to confirm the diagnosis and receive treatment. It can develop into perichondritis which is a serious complication.
