Arthritis: May sure not heart and just the collarbone.See primary.Any abnormal stress on a bone or joint will make an area more likely to develop osteoarthritis.A past fracture would definitely do this.

Generally: No but chest pain can sometimes radiate to the collar bone and the teeth so please see your dentist and your md to get a complete work up; you are young but you never know.

See below: There are a multitude of  reasons you may still have persistent pain . You should seek out a good orthopaedic surgeon , if you have not seen one already and get another thorough history and physical exam. I donot have any of your previous history and would start with above.

Not much: Tough break. Slings and figure of 8 braces may help. Don't lie on that side. Sleeping more upright may help in the beginning. Expect pain to continue for 4-6 weeks, sometimes longer, with decreasing severity. One of the benefits of surgery is that pain is decreased because the bone fragments are no longer moving around. Of course, surgery is typically only recommended for certain fractures.

Over stress to area: Any area after exercise, beyond the usual muscle aching, usually means that the joints, muscles, or ligaments attached to that bone (clavicle, in this case), are being over stresses, or strained.  There is something wrong, often with either the particular movement or the amount ow weight used for the exercise.  Recommend a personal trainer  at least for few sessions to do & learn proper exercise.

Many possibilities: That can be anything from strain of the sternocleidomastoid muscle to a pinched nerve in the neck.  If it persists beyond a few days, then see a doctor
