Circulation issue: Sounds like a problem with your circulation.  When you stand up or walk, gravity assists in bringing blood through your legs and feet.  When you sleep in bed, gravity isn't able to bring more blood to your feet which causes, amongst other things, muscle cramps.  I would recommend evaluation by your primary care doctor.
