i slept off and on last night, yesterday i had a  horrible anxiety attack that lasted all day. took .5 ativan (lorazepam) at 730 8pm and another at 3am. could that be why i'm so tired? heads full and heavy. dizzy

Insomnia and fatigue: People have different reactions to Ativan (lorazepam) and it can certainly make you feel tired and dizzy. If you have chronic insomnia Cognitive Behavioral Treatment for Insomnia is most recommended, but you should also see a psychologist expert in anxiety and sleep disorders.

so would it make sense to come off ativan and go on skelaxin (metaxalone)? i dont feel anxiety in my head. i feel insane tension in my body

Anxiety: I understand your distress. 
Ativan helps with anxiety and tension.
“Insane tension in the body” indicates insufficient dose of Ativan, (lorazepam) lack of  resolution of stresses of relationship, marriage, separation, work and finances or new stressors in life at this time.
Skelaxin can cause nervousness or irritability.

the side effects of lexapro (escitalopram) are safe right? i'm not in any danger? is it okay to take .5 mg of ativan while on it? my head has funny pressure it sucks

Generally, yes: Lexapro (escitalopram) often has early side effects which should disappear over the next few weeks.  If any of the symptoms you are feeling in your head become severe, call your doc.  The Ativan .5mg is fine, assuming that your doc prescribed it and knows that you are taking it.

K withdrawal effects: Withdrawing:
you should not stop taking Klonopin (clonazepam) abruptly. Because Klonopin (clonazepam) can cause dependency issues. You can reduce the symptoms you feel during withdrawal by slowly tapering off of Klonopin (clonazepam) over time.
Possible symptoms of Klonopin (clonazepam) withdrawal:
hallucinations
seizures
behavioral changes
sweating
tremors or uncontro.

Sounds like: you need a Mental Health Care Professional since ER and Hospital based clinics will not prescribe PSYCHO-ACTIVE medications without a diagnosis.  I assume that you have had a complete PHYSICAL EXAM as well.. for example is your Blood Pressure normal??

Call your local Public Health Department ..a mental Health Clinic may be available in your Community!

Different directions: There are many different possible causes of the sensation that you feel, from infections to anxiety and many in between. I assume your physician performed an exam and several tests before giving you ativan (lorazepam). However, since the sensation has moved to another area i would suggest an exam by an ENT physician. Perhaps a fresh perspective will provide answers.

Motrin: Yes. Sometimes antiinflammatories can cause these side effects.  Make sure you are taking the correct dose and check with your doctor.  You may have to change this medication.

does ativan (lorazepam) raise eye pressure?

It should not: Ativan is lorazepam.  It is a variant of valium.  It is a calming agent and muscle relaxant.  Eye pressure may be due to glaucoma that can be made worse with certain medications.  However, I am not aware of Ativan being one of those medications.  You need to consult your eye specialist.

Yes, alt tx: These are alternative 'natural' remedies for depression. My experience is that they are only marginally effective alone and require multiple combinations of natural compounds to equal a standard antidepressant.  The cost of all the 'natural' ingredients is often more than most meds and i wouldn't necessarily assume that they are any safer as there is no fda regulation of these 'supplements'.
