Joint pain: Joint pain together with morning stiffness in a young female may be an indication of an underlying inflammatory disease.  If your symptoms have lasted more than 6 weeks; you have stiffness in the mornings for more than 30 minutes; and you have any pain or tenderness over the small joints of the hands or feet, I recommend being seen by a rheumatologist.  I'm happy to do a consult if needed.

Impossible: You cannot in any way change the shape, width, girth, or any other measurement of your bones.  They will grow according to a lifetime of nutrition, exercise, and genetics.

Check labs: Hi. We know nothing of your thyroid function on the l-thyroxine and triiodothyronine (L-T4 + T3 (liothyronine)) nor on the desiccated pig thyroid extract. There is NO equation to relate a regimen of L-T4 + T3 (liothyronine) to a dose of pig thyroid extract. Therefore, your thyroid dose may be right on, or some degree of off. And bear in mind, most weight gain has NOTHING to do with thyroid function. Good luck!

Doctor can examine: Cause might be: back muscle strain, back ligament sprain, fractured vertebra (spondylolysis), slipped vertebra (spondylolisthesis), herniated disc, spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, urine infection, kidney infection or stone; tumor in the spine, kidney, or elsewhere; etc...  In a teen girl whose weight should be about 120, but has been carrying an extra 130 pounds on her spine, this can be bad.
