Support belt: If you think you are in labor or something is seriously wrong then you need to contact your obgyn now for evaluation. If you think this is normal discomforts of pregnancy consider buying a pregnancy support belt. These are available at maternity stores and Target. They help take some of the pressure out of your pelvis.

Sciatica: Pinched nerve, spur, or bulging/ herniated disc is the culprit. Less frequently, piriformis syndrome.

Nerve, bone or joint: There can be a lot of considerations     You need to discuss with your physician. This may not be serious but it needs evaluation. First a history and physical. Then lab and imaging of back and abdomen After these initial tests then new decisions will be made.

See your doc: You would be better off seeing your doctor and an exam is needed.  It may be a simple strain at the lumbar level, it may be an irritated or degenerated disc, it may be a host of other anatomic issues (facets, tissue around facets, etc.).  
Better to see your doc to get this evaluated if it lasts more than a few days or worsens.

See a DO soon: Your best bet it does is to see an osteopathic physician, who can do a complete osteopathic physical examination on you to determine if you have any postural asymmetry, scoliosis, trauma history that could be impacting your symptoms now. Your history will help determine whether your pain only happens while you're sleeping and resting on your side, or if it's continuous when you're walking or driving long distance.
