Nerve pain: BriB352 - this sounds like a nerve related issue related to your positioning. Nerve compression can occur either in the spine or along it's path down your leg and is often influenced by the physical position you maintain (laying down, sitting, exercise, etc). Symptoms may resolve with a position change. If not, seeking evaluation may be helpful to identify where the issue is(central vs.peripheral)

Radiculopathy: Pain down the leg in a late teenage female who had back fusion surgery is likely due to spinal nerve root irritation.  Evaluation by a neurologist would be appropriate.

Cervical Spine: I would avoid putting any pressure on your neck and seek emergency imaging of your neck, cervical spine, especially if you have had any trauma to your neck. CT/MRI Head and spine indicated. Stay calm and see MD, good luck.

can sciatic pain be felt from knee down to foot its a dull pain and not feel pain at thigh?

Maybe variable: The classic sciatic pain radiates down the buttock, posterior thigh into the top or bottom of the foot, but pain patterns are sometimes referred distally.  Your pain may be due to a different mechanism, so, see a doctor, get examined, and maybe obtain MRI to evaluate.

Leg pain/pregnant ?: Lower leg pain in advanced "28 week" pregnancy can represent a blood clot obstructing vein outflow, as pregnancy induces a hyper-coagulable state.  See your OB physician to evaluate the cause of the leg pain.

Does not: Sound like dvt, if you have no swelling.  It could be nerve pain, such as sciatica, or muscle pain, such as ruptured tendon.  It is not possible to tell on this site, so you should show it to a doctor to be sure.

: There are a number of OTC products for foot oder. I would check with your Dr. because there are medical issues that can cause odors.

See doc: This could be sign of heart or peripheral vascular disease which needs medical attention. Kidney disease s another possibility.
