Arthritis: Without knowing more about your age and medical history, a "best guess" would be that you are suffering from some form of arthritis. I would suggest that you make an appointment to see your doctor right away to get this checked out.

sprned ankle and knee came out of place (went back in) 2yrs ago. didnt have insurance, so didnt see dr. having problems now, can still heal correctly?

Plateued: At 2 years your ability to heal torn ligaments is done.  If stable but weak, you may get better with therapy.  If truly unstable it is probably time to see a surgeon to consider reconstruction

Joint cracking: Cracking of joints is common and probably nothing to worry about. Ligaments can make these noises as they get tight rapidly when the joint is moving. Crackimg may be due to a tendon snapping over or around the joint. Or nitrogen bubbles in the fluid inside the joint may be rapidly brought into or out of solution when the joints are moving.

See a doctor: I would recommend being evaluated by a primary care provider as soon as possible,
you can also take some acetaminophen and or ibuprofen( if there is no chance of pregnancy) over the counter as directed for some immediate relief, 
it may just be muscle strain, or it could also be a more serious condition,

Joint pain: Joint pain in relation to the weather may be a real phenomenon. The good news is that the weather, including cold weather, is not associated with inflammatory arthritis. If your symptoms persist, I recommend seeing a rheumatologist.

Many possibilities: You could have strained a muscle in your calf, or even a partial tear of a muscle.  One major concern with calf pain and swelling is a blood clot. Get it checked out

i feel pain in the lower part of my leg, in the area from the knee to ankle. the pain is in the middle exactly of my leg at the back of it and the pain is similar to a break in it. it is from dull to sharp. what can i do?

Get a scan see a doc: You can’t get anything diagnosed without a radiographic image of the area, namely an MRI,  and an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in that area would be the best choice for a doctor to examine you and tell you what’s going on, and how to treat it
