Painful : Painful intercourse (and after) can be due to an infectious process (pelvic inflammatory disease usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia), cervical or vaginal trauma, etc.. A ruptured ovarian cyst could possibly present this way, and a miscarriage would be associated with bleeding. If you are still symptomatic, you should see a doctor. A pregnancy test needs to be done as well as a pelvicexam and possibly ultrasound, as well as an std check.

Facet or lysis: Pain caused by extension or arching of the back is often caused by elements of the spine called facet joints. Irritation of these joints or a stress fracture nearby could cause these symptoms. If associated with a shooting pain into the legs, then there could also be nerve irritation. To minimize pain, avoid extension and try otc meds as tolerated. See our doc if pain persists.

Infection?: It is possible that you have a cervicitis or vaginitis (infection) Sometimes the hormones in the birth control can cause changes in the cervix that make it more likely to bleed with sex or tampons.  It may be that you need a check to determine the exact cause and treatment.

Bleeding: Post-coital bleeding (bleeding after sexual intercourse) is most likely related to a vaginal tear.  A history of painful intercourse strengthens the suspicion.  The tear can be small or extensive, so if there is prolonged or heavy bleeding, an evaluation with a doctor should ensue.

Need to examine: You may have a lesion on the cervix that bleeds due to normal trauma of sex. It would be prudent to see a doctor as it is not feasible to provide an opinion without examining you.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Complicated: There are many possibilities, ranging from ovarian prolapse, cervical or uterine trauma, and so on.  You need to be examined after a detailed history is obtained, and allow an experienced gynecologist to establish a diagnosis and recommend therapy.  This cannot be done over internet. Not allergy: You are describing a local irritation. You may need more foreplay, a different partner, better relaxation, much more lube. Tell your partner to be more gentle and go slower. Maybe a different brand of condom.
