Yes: But wouldn't wait. Need to see a doctor sooner. No other heart issues is not sufficient of a statement and even if u were a doctor, you still need a cardiac work-up that includes, at least, an electrocardiogram. I would go to an urgent care center or emergency room.

It is also possible if the pain starts at her elbow and goes in your hand that the pain is coming from the ulnar nerve itself.  Only a thorough history and physical exam by your physician can determine the true  cause  of your symptoms.

Sometimes muscles spasms can appear like nerve pain and be very severe and shoot into areas of the body.  Pain from your neck radiating down your arm in specific patterns could be concerning for nerve root compression in your neck.  It is worth getting evaluated and maybe getting an mr.
