Right handed?: In R handed people the motor speech area is in the left Temporal lobe  (BROCA'S area )  There is a receptive area further back ( Wernicke' area )  It is the reverse in L handed people

Possibly: Any defect in the olfactory nerves can lead to aberrant taste or loss of taste. Smell is closely linked to the perception of taste. If patients have damage to the olfactory nerves (ie. Skull base fracture from trauma, tumors of the olfactory nerve) this can lead to loss of smell. This can have a profound impact on the taste sensation.

1) getting up in front of a sympathetic crowd and delivering a speech on a particular behavior (cults, 12 step programs, brainwashing/indoctrination/deprogramming all use this).
2) aversion.
but you might also consider either avoiding the triggers or substituting other rewards that mitigate consequences (suboxone, diet foods, vape)

Possible: Central deafferentation syndrome and thalamic infarcts have been noted to cause painful complications. Not bad idea to try some specific drug interventions.  Discuss with your neurologist

Aphasia describes or: categorizes signs of damage from trauma, tumor, infection,  "stroke" or neurodegenerative disorder in areas of the brain needed to understand &amp; express verbal &amp; written language.The areas &amp; severity of brain damage dictate the type of aphasia as well as what descriptors are used for other functional  impairments. Unlikely: You may seek a neurologist's opinion but i doubt if interferon caused any permanent neurological damage.

i had a harsh popping sensation in the center of my brain & since have had random periods of intense dizziness. i'm only 21 & perfectly healthy. help?

Popping?: Your brain itself has no nerves, so I believe the sensation you are experiencing is coming from your sinuses and I believe your sinuses are probably infected and may be causing your dizziness, as well.  Go see an ENT doctor for verification.

can excessive use of botox cause complications in the brain or central nervous system?

It depends: Botox is used for many theraputic and cosmetic purposes. The amount used for cosmetic purposes is very small and there is no indication that it can cause any nervous system complications. A much higher dose is used for some theraputic purposes and it is possible for it to travel to the central nervous system but at this time there is no indication of any complications when used apppropirately.

Dementia: It sounds like this person has dementia from one or more strokes. Alzheimer's is one of many causes of dementia. Any patient with dementia can be placed in a long-term care facility, not just patients with alzheimers. Contact social services in your area, or contact your doctor right away.

apnea hypopnea index is 23 on bipap machine. i have mostly central brain apneas.i aalso have obstructive apnea and hypopnea?

Incomplete Treatment: Looks like you have both central and obstructive events and bipap (not sure why given, unless i know more about the report or study) is eliminating some and not all. If central apneas are in majority, you may need a specific machine like vpap or auto servo. Are you on a lot of opiates or worse still, street drugs? If so cutting them off, would make you better.
