Unrelated : Basically you have just described three unrelated symptoms.  Fatty liver is not painful and prostatitis is not related to the liver nor to the epigastric pain described.

Right sided pain: You need an examination, and possibly labwork and imaging, by a clincian in order to determine the many things that this could represent. It could still be gallstones in the common bile duct, pancreatic stuff, referred pain from elsewhere, musculoskeletal, etc. The list is very long and needs direction from an examination.

Be seen: I would consider being seen.  It is possible that. In the same fall in which you hurt your back. You fractured a rib or dislocated a joint between a rib and your sternum.  An exam and perhaps an x-ray can make sure you have not had a more serious injury.

Tingling lower left: May be nerve compression,  reflux, constipation, rarely gallbladder(usually right sided) /kidney/vascular/ovarian. Consider antacid/prevecid..Any unusual symptoms that persists &gt; 2 weeks or recurs  should be evaluated. Discuss with doctor/urgent care.

You need to be seen: Without more info it's not possible to determine what is causing your pain or how serious it is but the differential diagnosis (a list of every diagnosis that could cause your symptoms) includes gall stones, kidney stones, ectopic pregnancy, &amp; pneumonia, all potentially serious problems that need to be ruled out sooner rather than later. If its muscle strain or indigestion you can sigh with relief

Pinched nerve: Assuming there has been no recent rib cage injury and If the pain us very sharp, fleeting and brought on by a deep breath, it is probably due to a pinched intercostal nerve that runs between 2 ribs. These tend to resolve after a few days, but if they don't or if symptoms worsen, see your physician. In the meantime avoid activities that strain or stress the rib cage.
